Kenya Australia Diaspora Investment Cooperative Society abbreviated as KADI COOPERATIVE is a diaspora co-operative society registered and operating in Kenya and serving Kenyans living in Australia specifically, while also excepting Kenyans living in any other parts of the globe

KADI formation is structured to enable Kenyans living in Australia and other countries to invest back in Kenya comfortably through a reliable, organized, member driven and regulated entity.

Licensed and regulated by the State Department for Cooperatives. Under the Ministry of Cooperatives and Micro, Small And Medium Enterprises. Operational under the Cooperative Societies Act (2004), KADI By-laws and other relevant laws of Kenya.

Kenya Australia Diaspora Investment Cooperative Society (KADI COOPERATIVE) is the first and the only Kenyan Diaspora Cooperative Society in all of Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Island countries. Its membership composition is derived from the Kenyans residing and working in the above-mentioned regions entirely, whereas open to recruit other Kenyans living elsewhere around the globe. KADI was formed purposely to break the barriers that have always hindered Kenyans in the diaspora from investing back in Kenya. This is by ensuring that members get a reliable, Structured, formal and legal way to undertake investments, access affordable investment opportunities and undertake sound and mutually beneficial partnerships with likeminded agencies and stakeholders to enable its members realise their objectives;- together with reducing the chances of members falling victims of conman ships and financial mismanagement by their trustees back in Kenya.
