By filling and submitting this form to join Kenya Australia Diaspora Investment Co-operative Society Ltd (hereby referred to as “KADI Cooperative Society”), you agree to the terms of the agreement outlined below.
You agree to make the following payments to the KADI Cooperative Society nominated account in Equity Bank Kenya:
- Registration Fee: You agree to pay 70AUD as a one-off non-refundable payment for registering with the KADI Cooperative
- Minimum Shares: You agree to purchase a minimum of 20 shares in the Cooperative Society valued at Kshs. 20,000 (note that each share is valued at Kshs1,000). You agree to pay the amount equivalent to the shares you intend to purchase to the KADI bank account. The payments shall be paid in full or in instalments within a 6-month period from the time of joining the Cooperative Society
- Shares terms: The shares mentioned in item (b) above cannot be withdrawn at the time of termination of the contract but can instead be transferred to a willing buyer who shall be a member of the Cooperative Society.
- Monthly savings: You agree to deposit a minimum of Kshs. 5,000 each month to the KADI COOPERATIVE bank account by the 5th calendar day of every mo Monthly savings can be deposited into KADI Cooperative Society account any time in the current month. KADI emphasizes the 5th day of every month to be saving habit deadline for deposits and member can view statements on KADI Cooperative banking portal.The bank account details is provided below.
- Provide evidence of payment for Items (a) to (e) above to the KADI Cooperative Society email address
