By filling and submitting this form to join Kenya Australia Diaspora Investment Co-operative Society Ltd (hereby referred to as “KADI Cooperative Society”), you agree to the terms of the agreement outlined below.

1. KADI Cooperative Society is committed to supporting and abiding by the 'Privacy and Data Protection Policy' issued pursuant to the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
2. KADI Cooperative Society is registered as a co-operative society under the Societies Act (Cap 108) of the Republic of Kenya.
3. As part of registering new members opting the join KADI Cooperative Society and in compliance with the Societies Act (Cap 108) of the Republic of Kenya, KADI Cooperative Society will:
   1. Ask for personal details such as your names, contact details, place of residence, national identity or passport number and Kenya Revenue Authority Personal Identification Number
   2. Collect this information from you personally for registration purposes.
   3. Collect, store, and use your information in accordance with the 'Privacy and Data Protection Policy' issued pursuant to the Laws of the Republic of Kenya and the KADI Cooperative Society Constitution
   4. Provide your identity and personal details to banks and service providers used by KADI Cooperative Society to register new members and manage its business.
4. By accepting these terms & conditions in items (3) to (5), you consent to your details being collected, stored, and used for the purposes described above.
5. KADI Cooperative Society may use or disclose personal information about you to provide you with a service or product on offer.
6. If KADI Cooperative Society discloses personal information to another party, we will ensure that the party is aware of this policy.
7. In the event that any personal information has been lost or subjected to unauthorized access, use, modification, disclosure or other misuse (Data Breach), KADI Cooperative Society will take all necessary steps to immediately contain & rectify the DataBreach and prevent the Data Breach from future reoccurrence.
8. Where the Data Breach is deemed eligible and likely to result in serious harm, KADI Cooperative Society will take reasonable steps to notify you and provide you with relevant information in relation to the Data Breach.
9. By accepting these terms & conditions in items (7) to (10), you consent for KADI Cooperative Society and its related entities to send you SMS/Email about KADI Cooperative Society and related entities if you have these notification preferences turned on.
